I want use default layout to single event. If I check Open in LightBox button then it opens as link to event.
Currently, I must to use a different layout for customers to see the photos

I'm not certain, if I understand what you wrote. In the worst cast, please try to use Google Translate. Maybe screenshots and annotations on them can help, too.
This is what I see on your site:
- you're using a module to show a list of images
- a click on those images open an image in a lightbox
What should behave differently?
Side note: modules are usually cached. If you change the configuration of a module, then you might need to clear the Joomla cache for modules.
