Just open this thumbnail url in a new tab of your browser. You'll a an error message there. If you don't please increase your servers error reporting level using the Joomla global options.

shahnaz
at the url i have again an image with only showing borders of it

shahnaz
would you please fix it for me.its very very important for me.havent any time and cant find its error

sbluege
That's not good. Can you send mit this URL please?

You're using Joomla 3.4? This is highly dangerous. Maybe you're lucky but in most cases if the thumbnails do not render correctly this site was hacked and additional characters show up in the beginning of the thumbnail file. But I'll wait until I you send this link.

shahnaz
realy?I dont know what should i do at this time?
my website's url is:www.koushanpharmed.com/koushan
admin is:www.koushanpharmed.com/koushan/administrator
pass:xxxx

sbluege
You're lucky. But please change that password! Especially since you posted it in a public ticket.

Please ask your hosting provider how to fix this:
<br />
<b>Warning</b>: fpassthru() has been disabled for security reasons in <b>/home/koushanp/public_html/koushan/components/com_eventgallery/controllers/Resizeimage.php</b> on line <b>365</b><br />

Decreasing the error log level might help too.

shahnaz
how can i decreasin the error log?
ok i change it as soon as possible.thanks

shahnaz
that error for what?that i shoul ask from hosting provider?

sbluege
Change it now!! There are currently a lot of brute force attacks out there. Using the user admin and this kind of password is very bad.

Use the Joomla Global Options to set the Error Reporting Level to NONE. You should always do that on a live site. But actually you need to ask your hosting provider to enable the PHP method fpassthru. Otherwise the thumbnail data can't be send to the browser.

shahnaz
I changed it.thank u.and asked from hosting provider.
