Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

 Upgraded from 3.4.7 to 3.7.8 to take advantage of the comment in the cart feature. The feature show up and allowed to add comment. When checking out in the order preview before an order is created seems to work fine. When you create an order the comment does not send with the email. I thought it may be added to the manage comment section which it is not there either.

Hi,

comments (aka buyer notes) are visible on the back end (see attached screenshot).

The buyer note will show up in the default email template. If you use your version, you need to add it yourself (see migration hints for version 3.5.0 https://www.svenbluege.de/joomla-event-gallery/event-gallery-manual/release-note-3-5-0)

Found the buyernote in the default email template and copied to my active email template. This fixed the issue and now can see the comments in the cart under manage Orders inside each order as well as in the email being sent.
