 Hi Sven,
I have created a New Event and all the Social options are reflected below as you can see in the attachment.

I have set the Options to set twitter and Pinterest to NO as I don't use them and all the rest to YES as these are used.

However the defaults in the Options are not taken forward in the New Event - instead all Social options are set to YES - is this a bug or feature - if its a feature, what is the reason for these global options please?

Thanks

Rich

Use the global options to enable/disable the different sharing options. Use the event specific options to turn off sharing options specifically for this event.

Here is the equation: Show Sharing Icon = Global Setting AND Local Setting.

Sven, if that is the case, surely the only Global option which is required is Social Sharing ON/OFF - because the specific types of service would be switched in the individual event anyway?
It sounds like the Twitter/ Google/Facebook entries etc aren't really necessary in the Global Options.

Anyway - you've clarified the way you are using the options, which is different to the way I had thought it was defined. So thanks for that.
