Even when I set Show EXIF data to No, it still shows up on my images. Is this a known bug?

There are two places where you can configure this: the menu item and the global options. You checked both?

I had assumed the menu would over-ride the global options. I've now disabled both and it works. Thanks!

Thanks for closing :) But let me reopen this ticket.
You're right, the menu item setting should override the global setting. Are you sure you grabbed the right menu item? Sometimes it might happen that an event is displayed without a menu item. In that case only the global options apply.

Hi, yes I'm sure I had set the options in the correct menu item and they did not override the global settings.

Strange thing. Just double checked on the demo server. But since it actually works for you there is no need to dig into :)
